Freight Policy

All freight charges are prepaid and charged to the customer. Freight amounts shown are for single item shipments. A $1.00 charge will be added for each additional item shipping via UPS Ground.

Primary shipper - UPS
All claims for damages and shortages resulting from common carrier transit are to be filed by the delivering carrier upon receipt of merchandise.
MEGAWARE will not be held liable for damages resulting from shipping delays, errors, or non delivery.

Return Policy

All orders that are refused will be subject to freight charges, plus a $5.00 handling charge. No returns will be accepted without authorization. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be shipped freight prepaid.
